Description: TEP is seeking an Office Manager with the skills, experience and energy to be the backbone of our school’s day-to-day operations. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be highly organized, a problem-solver, and a strong communicator. We are looking for a motivated individual who has the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced atmosphere and can effectively prioritize. The individual will embrace the vision of TEP by setting the highest standard of excellence for himself/herself and by proactively identifying challenges and solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required, 2 years of experience preferred, complete Spanish fluency and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is a plus.

Accountability: The Office Manager reports to the Operations Manager and receives an annual evaluation based on performance of job responsibilities and progress towards meeting specific objectives set at the beginning of each school year.

Compensation: The Office Manager earns a competitive salary commensurate with experience. The position includes a full benefits package including medical, vision, dental and 403b retirement plan, as well as approximately 8 weeks of vacation time.
