Job Description

ORGANIZATION: KIPP (Knowledge is Power Program) is a national network of free, open-enrollment, college-preparatory public charter schools with a track record of preparing students in underserved communities for success in college and in life. There are currently 125 KIPP schools in 20 states and the District of Columbia serving more than 39,000 students. Nationally, more than 90 percent of KIPP middle school students have graduated high school, and more than 80 percent of KIPP alumni have gone on to college.  Founded in 2004, KIPP Massachusetts (KIPP:MA) is taking advantage of K-12 education reform opportunities in the state to expand from its current single middle school in Lynn MA to a KIPP Region of 5+ schools in Lynn and Boston with several hundred staff serving over 2,000 students by the end of its strategic growth plan. In addition to growing each school, this plan calls for building a regional office with the talent, capacities, systems, customer service, and programs to support our schools and teaching, learning, and outcomes for our students and families.
